Rookies

Our Rookies class is at 3:30 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and is recommended for athletes ages 7-11. 

Acceleration

Iowa

Our AI program will train you to be a faster, stronger, and more explosive athlete.  New athletes are required to attend a free assessment prior to enrolling in a program.

AI ELITE

Our Elite class is reserved for our more advanced athletes.

Athletes cannot signup for our Elite class online.  After assessing each athlete, we will determine if they are ready to attend this class.  If you think you have what it takes to join our elite class hit the link below!
